What's on offer?

Self check in after 3pm on day of arrival using our handy lockbox for which we'll send you details of how to find and what the code is. Check out is before 11am on day of departure and the keys should be returned to the lockbox. For your convenience, luggage drop-off when arriving early or departing late can be accommodated.

If you decide to rent a car, free parking is available on site for one vehicle at the front of the complex. We respectfully ask you to be considerate of our neighbours and their own parking spaces when leaving a vehicle in the car park.

The apartment is accessed via the balcony which overlooks some beautiful gardens. There is an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining and a sun lounger. You sometimes see a family of Green Monkeys along the wall and in the trees only 15 meters away! 

There is a good-sized kitchenette in the studio which is well equipped with appliances including: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee-maker and electric oven with hob. Essential cooking equipment is provided such as pots and pans, bowls, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery and some basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt and pepper. 

To make sure your stay is as hassle free as possible there are a number of additional conveniences supplied including: iron, hairdryer, internet wifi and a combination-controlled safe for valuables. 

The complex is surrounded by lush gardens and there are a number of communal areas for you to sit and enjoy including a dining gazebo, sun lounger lawn and two convenient outdoor showers which are particularly useful when returning from the nearby beach. Also in the central Gazebo there is a really useful phone to make free local calls for things like taxis and restaurant reservations.

There is a table and chairs inside the studio for additional seating and indoor dining.

A sandy beach can be accessed only 35 yards away from the studios with a number of eateries. Beach essentials such as towels, umbrella, beach blanket and snorkelling gear can be found in the storage areas for the use of our guests.

There is a king size bed made up with cotton bed linen and four pillows. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in the cupboards. 

The separate shower room comes with a large shower, WC, sink and plenty of storage space. There is an external window to this room. Towels and some basic toiletries are supplied (not including shampoo). Separate beach towels can be found in the cupboard in the main room.

There are numerous storage areas throughout the apartment including bathroom cupboards, kitchen storage and a closet / wardrobe with plenty of hangers for clothes storage.

For your comfort there is a central air conditioning unit, ceiling fan and portable fans. There are also room-darkening shades to ensure a restful sleep even when the sun is shining! There is no heating at the property but you really wouldn't need it!

Books and reading materials (in various languages) are available on our book shelves as well as a couple of card/board games. A 32" Smart HDTV is provided which is ideal for logging into your own TV based streaming accounts.

As well as a gardener there is a housekeeper on site who cleans your room every third day or not at all during your stay if you don't want to be disturbed - please just let us know.  If you have a bit laundry you can ask she has time and space and she will gladly help you for a small donation!

For your safety there is a smoke alarm is installed. Please note, the complex of thirteen condos is private and in a safe neighbourhood.
